CEO and Founder, Lisa Levison, has provided the industry with innovative, environmental designs and concepts to establish clean, safe and healthy solutions since 1989.
What began in 1989 as Innovative Design Ideas, Inc., grew to become Turner Capital Inc. in 2010. Today, Turner Capital Inc., is doing business as Innovative Bio-Science Solutions.
As a highly qualified executive leader, Lisa offers more than 20 years of experience in facility management and indoor environmental consulting. She is results-focused with a proven ability to successfully manage every aspect of a business. Her talent for proactively identifying problems, developing innovative solutions, maximizing employee productivity, increasing sales and controlling costs has opened the doors to many exciting ventures.
Peter graduated undergrad from Drew University in 1977, and began his career as a chemist with Exxon Research. Building on his experience with physical chemistry and surfactant technologies, he transitioned to a decade-long career in product development of surface cleaners with companies like Unilever and Mona Industries.
After working as a research scientist and acquiring a M.S. in Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology, Peter saw an opportunity to utilize his vast experience and created his consulting company, Kinetic Solutions, in 1996. As the CEO of Kinetic Solutions, he assists his clients in the Material Science and Healthcare industries develop new applications, maintain safety compliance, and assists in the sales process as well.
Peter’s passion outside of his work is playing rugby and growing the sport’s presence throughout the Southeast. Currently, he is the Executive Officer of True South Rugby Union.
Christen earned her associates degree in New York City at FIT. After living in Florence, Italy and attending Polimoda, International Institute, Christen completed a B.S degree in International Business.
After graduation, Christen gained invaluable professional experience working in Event Management and VIP Client Relations.
It was through a friend that Christen was introduced to Lisa. Lisa’s passion and IBS’s mission to provide customized environmentally conscious solutions and products is what intrigued Christen to make the career change and join the team. Christen plays an intricate role in positioning the company to achieve measurable visions of success.
Phil brings 24 years of experience in the Health Management field through his tenure with The Coca-Cola Company. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Health Science in 1990, then moved to Atlanta where he began his career as a Health and Fitness Specialist with Coca-Cola. While he worked, he attended Georgia State University and went on to attain a M.S. degree in Sports Medicine. Phil has worked his way up with Coca-Cola, and currently serves as Health Management Assistant Manager with the company. In this position, he coordinates and implements employee wellness initiatives and assists the Director of Health Management with the global development of the exercise facilities. Through Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Phil has served as Head Athletic Trainer and a strength and conditioning specialist for Dunwoody High School and Union Grove High School for over a decade.
Claire has over 20 years of experience as a remediation and restoration project manager. Claire oversees all of the Team DRS projects and her excellent leadership and communication skills are invaluable!
Claire is certified as an indoor environmentalist and mold remediation specialist.
